Surya broke the record in the year 2022. He scored more than 1000 T20 runs. He is the second batsman in the world to score more than 1000 T20 runs in a calendar year. He scored 1164 runs in 31 matches. During this, Surya’s strike rate was 187.43. The important thing is that he hit 68 sixes in 2022. This is also a big record in itself.
