The second season of ‘Shark Tank India’ has been rocking ever since its launch. The entrepreneurs who appear on the show come up with amazing business ideas. Sharks, along with onlookers, are often taken by surprise. Sometimes the judges of ‘Shark Tank’ clash with each other and sometimes they are seen having fun. They don’t even desist from pulling each other. Judge Amit Jain is often targeted for asking too many questions. There have been many such occasions in the show when Amit Jain spent time questioning entrepreneurs to seal the deal.

Recently something similar happened again. Recently in Shark Tank India 2 pitchkari Geetika Gupta and Anand Gupta arrived with their business idea. He is the co-founder of India’s first Parantha and Pakoda company. Judges Namita Thapar, Piyush Bansal and Aman retreat after Geetika and Anand Gupta’s presentation and discussion on the business deal. Anupam Mittal also backed out of the deal saying that he would not get better returns from it.

Namita Thapar, Aman mocked

But Amit Jain showed interest in Geetika and Anand Gupta’s idea and started asking them question after question. Seeing this, Aman told Geetika and Anand that even after asking so many questions, if Amit does not invest in your business, pick him up and kill him. Hearing this, Judge Namita Thapar said, ‘Or we will do this on your behalf.’ Hearing this, all the judges start laughing.

Deal sealed at 75 lakhs and 5% equity

Later, Amit agrees to invest in Jain, Geetika and Anand’s plan. He agrees to loan Rs 50 lakhs and Rs 25 lakhs in front of them at 5% equity. But on this Geetika and Anand give counter offer. After much deliberation, the deal was finally finalized. Amit Jain deals with Geetika and Anand for 5% equity and Rs 75 lakhs.
