Google Pay is among the leading UPI-based payment apps in India. This app is not only used for payment but also for mobile recharge, bill payment. With the help of this app, you can easily transfer money without any extra charge. Although many times, like other apps, some transactions on Google Pay cannot be done due to bad server or network problem, but the money of this transaction is deducted from the user’s account. Mostly it happens that the users get the refund immediately, or get the message that the money will be deposited back in the bank account in three to five working days. Like other banking services, Google Pay also has voice support, and for this you need to call the toll-free number 1800-419-0157. Explain that when you call the customer care of Google Pay, you will have to authenticate your identity using the verification code generated from Google Pay. To generate Google Pay verification code, go to Settings. From here go to Privacy and Security, and click on Get OTP code.

Open the Google Pay app on your Android or iOS smartphone. Click on the profile picture in the top right corner. From here click on Settings, and now click on help and feedback. Click on Get help. From here click on Contact Support, which will be at the bottom of the page. On the next page, click on contact us. Here you type a brief description of your problem and click on Next. On the next page click on chat option and enter your details like name and click on submit. Now you will be connected to customer care.
