Made In India Bullet Train: There is a lot of buzz about the country's first bullet train. As it is common knowledge that within two years the work of bullet train running between Mumbai and Ahmedabad can be completed and it will become operational. There is curiosity among the public about it and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav often shares updates regarding its construction. Now another news has come in this direction which can prove to be pleasing.
Construction of indigenous bullet train!
Just as the work of manufacturing indigenous Vande Bharat trains is going on in the country, similarly now news is also coming about the indigenous manufacturing of Bullet Train. According to the report of economic newspaper Economic Times, development work is going on in the country to build Vande Bharat style bullet train and the speed of these trains can be 250 kilometers per hour or even more. A government official has informed ET that the speed of this indigenous bullet train can be higher than all the trains included in the existing rail network of Indian Railways.
Such trains will be constructed on the lines of Vande Bharat
According to the information, the designing of such high-speed trains is being developed in the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) of Chennai. Railways has to work on special planning for trains with a speed of 250 kilometers per hour because Vande Bharat trains are already operating in the country whose top speed goes up to 220 kilometers per hour.
Update regarding bullet train
If seen from a global perspective, such trains which can achieve a speed of 250 kilometers per hour come in the category of high speed trains. Currently, work is going on in India on the Bullet Train project with the help of Japan, whose top speed will be up to 320 kilometers per hour. The construction work for this fast-paced train on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad route is going on at a fast pace.
