HCL Aims To Double Semiconductor Services In 3-4 Years

HCL Tech Semiconductor Business: Big news related to the IT sector giant HCL Tech is coming out in the country. The company is working towards doubling its Semi Conductor Business. The company is working with the intention of increasing its service in the semiconductor sector within the coming 3 to 4 years. Also, HCL Group has joined the list of companies that have applied for setting up an electronic chip plant under the Scheme for Compound Semiconductors.

Increased demand for semiconductor

According to the news of Money Control, the demand for semiconductor services of HCL Tech has now increased at the global level. HCL company will double its business related to semiconductor services in future. HCL Technologies will assist HCL Corporate in end-to-end processing of chips. HCL Technologies Executive Vice President Ameer Saithu says that one of the focus sectors of HCL Technologies is semi-chip, especially in engineering services. We have a plan to double our business.

Will work with this company

HCL Group is planning to set up a chip wafer fabrication unit for 65 nanometer nodes. The chip that will be prepared in this will be used in automobile, consumer durables and low-cost device segments. ACL Technologies is working with semiconductor players such as Intel, NXP, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and Applied Materials in electronic chip production.

Work started in these countries

Vice President Amir Saithu says that HCL’s semiconductor plant will help HCL Technologies to complete its end-to-end offering in electronic production. HCL has started capacity building in Brazil, Vietnam, Israel, Netherlands and Japan.
