Livingstone was made a part of the team by Punjab Kings by paying a huge price of 11.50 crores. Livingstone was injured in the Test played against Pakistan in December 2022.

At the same time, England’s star batsman Johnny Bairstow has not been allowed to play IPL. Bairstow is also a part of Punjab Kings in IPL.
