According to reports, the England Cricket Board (ECB) has given him the No Objection Certificate (NOC). In the form of Liam Livingstone, Punjab Kings can get a big relief this season. Livingstone is a great hitter, who can help Punjab a lot this season.

Will be part of the team for the entire season of IPL

According to the report of Cricbuzz, the ECB has given the No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Liam Livingstone to join the entire season of IPL 16. Livingstone was made a part of the team by Punjab Kings by paying a huge price of 11.50 crores. Livingstone was injured in the Test played against Pakistan in December 2022.

At the same time, England’s star batsman Johnny Bairstow has not been allowed to play IPL. Bairstow is also a part of Punjab Kings in IPL. Bairstow had leg surgery in October, after which he was not allowed to play IPA on behalf of ECB. Bairstow was bought by Punjab Kings in IPL auction 2022 for a price of 6.75 crores. According to the report, Bairstow was not allowed to play IPL by the England Board keeping an eye on the Ashes. Bairstow played his last international match in August 2022.

Liam Livingstone’s international career so far

On the other hand, talking about Liam Livingstone’s international career, he has played a total of 1 Test, 12 ODIs and 29 T20 Internationals for England so far. In his only Test, he has scored a total of 250 runs in 16 ODIs. At the same time, in T20 International matches, he has scored 423 runs at a strike rate of 147.90. While bowling, he has taken 6 wickets in ODIs and 15 wickets in T20 Internationals.
