DLF sells all 795 luxury flats for Rs 5590 crore in new project at Gurugram within 3 days of launch

DLF: Realty sector giant DLF has launched a new luxury housing project in Gurugram. The company has informed that within three days of its launch, the developer has sold all 795 luxury flats. They have been sold for a total price of Rs 5590 crore. This new trend regarding luxury homes is surprising among home buyers.

Rs 5590 crore received for total 795 apartments

In a regulatory filing, DLF has informed about its luxury residential project 'DLF Privana West' that it has received a sale value of about Rs 5590 crore. Gurugram's newest luxury project has a total of 795 apartments and this project is spread over 12.57 acres of land.

Earlier also DLF has got great response in Gurugram.

In January this year too, realty company DLF had a similar experience. Actually, it had launched 'DLF Privana South' in Gurugram and in this too, all the 1113 flats were sold within three days of the project launch. DLF has received a total price of Rs 7200 crore for these luxury apartments. Earlier in March last year, DLF had sold 1137 luxury flats for more than Rs 8000 crore in three days.

Demand for luxury homes is increasing

For quite some time now, the demand for luxury homes has been increasing rapidly in the country and its example has been seen in Gurugram where people are making huge purchases in luxury housing projects. The sale of all the flats in the pre-launch sale shows that the demand for DLF's luxury housing projects is increasing.

New trend regarding home purchase

At present, a higher trend of sale of luxury housing flats is being seen in the country as compared to affordable housing. Especially in big and metro cities, there is a lot of interest among home buyers in luxury projects. The sale of DLF's luxury homes in Gurugram is a big example of this.
