BCCI issues fresh diktat to franchises for not dominating Indian bowlers in WTC finals during IPL 2023 amid injury crisis

BCCI on WTC final and World Cup 2023: IPL 2023 is starting from 31 March. At the same time, the Indian team will go to England to play the final of the World Test Championship. The final match of the World Test Championship between India and Australia will be played from June 7, but before that the long list of injured players continues to be a cause of trouble for the Indian team management and the BCCI. Apart from Jasprit Bumrah, players like famous Krishna and Rishabh Pant will not be able to play the final match of the World Test Championship. At the same time, after this, the World Cup will be played on Indian soil from the month of October.

BCCI advice to all teams before IPL

However, in view of this, the BCCI has advised the IPL teams not to overuse key Indian players during the tournament. In fact, apart from the World Test Championship final, the BCCI is worried about the World Cup. For this reason, National Cricket Academy’s physio Nitin Patel and Soham Desai have given a message to all IPL teams through zoom call. Through this zoom, IPL teams have been told not to overuse important Indian players during the tournament, so that the risk of injury can be reduced.

Indian players should be used carefully – BCCI

According to media reports, all Indian players should be used carefully during the IPL, especially the fast bowlers. Apart from this, all the teams have been told not to make the fast bowlers bowl more in the nets, the fast bowlers only focus on training. Do it. During this, especially Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj, Umesh Yadav, Shardul Thakur, Deepak Chahar, Umran Malik, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Ravi Ashwin, Yuzvendra Chahal, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Akshar Patel and Washington Sundar will be under watch.
