Apple ID Reset Issue: The problems of Apple users increased when suddenly their iPhone locked automatically. Hundreds of users took to social media to complain about this and said that their IDs were being logged out without any reason. Not only this, when users access their accounts, they have to reset the password. Despite complaints from users, no official statement has come from Apple.
9To5Mac reports that users who signed out of their Apple ID, when they tried to sign in again using their Apple ID password, their account got locked. After this, users were forced to reset their Apple ID password before logging in again.
Problems seen in these products
The report further states that those people had to face more problems who had enabled Stolen Device Protection. The same problem was seen not only in iPhone but also in Mac, iPads as well as other Apple products, after which the users got worried. Users say that when they tried to log in again using their current credentials, they saw an error message.
If the ID is logged out, users can reset their Apple ID password through Apple's Account Recovery Process to log in again, however, users are facing a lot of problems in the reset process. Not only this, users' iCloud services like iCloud Drive, Facetime, iCloud messages were also affected by the outage. Despite complaints from users, no official statement has come out from the company. Along with this, it is also not clear as to what has caused this problem.
