Travis Head was a water boy at Royal Challengers Bangalore and now SRH is doing well for IPL 2024

Travis Head Water Boy in RCB: Travis Head has played many explosive innings so far in IPL 2024. In the 57th match of the tournament played against Lucknow Super Giants, Head played a brilliant innings and scored 89* runs in 30 balls with the help of 8 fours and 8 sixes. This was not the first time in the season that Travis Head has displayed explosive batting, but he has been seen batting like this since the beginning. But this same Trevid Head was the 'water boy' in RCB.

Before playing for Hyderabad, Trevid Head was a part of Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2016 and 2017. He did not get many chances for RCB. A picture is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which Head is seen holding a water bottle. While sharing the picture, it was written, “Believe me, Travis Head was a water boy in RCB.” In the picture, it can be seen that Head is seen standing with Bengaluru's star batsman AB de Villiers holding a water bottle near the boundary line.

Let us tell you that Head was a part of RCB for two years (2016 and 2017). However, he got to play only 10 matches in two years. Batting in 10 matches, Head scored 205 runs at an average of 29.29 and strike rate of 138.51, in which his high score was 75* runs. After 2017, Head was no longer a part of IPL.

After this, in the mini auction held for IPL 2024, Head was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 6.80 crore. The Australian batsman proved to be very successful for Hyderabad this season. Head took the responsibility of opening for Hyderabad. He proved to be a successful opener for the team.
