TCS Performance Bonus: TCS, the country's largest software company, is taking all kinds of decisions to make its employees work from office. The company wants its employees to work from the office. For this, the company has implemented hybrid model instead of work from home. Now TCS has decided not to give performance bonus to those employees who do not want to work from office. The company has said in an internal memo issued on April 18 that if the attendance of an employee is less than 60 percent then he will not get this benefit. Employees will have to work from office 3 days a week.

According to the report of Live Mint, Tata Consultancy Services has become strict regarding 60 percent attendance. The company is trying to ensure that its employees work from office at least three days a week. TCS wants to take action against those employees who are not taking work from office seriously. Therefore, the company has linked work from office with variable pay or annual bonus.
Give reasons for not coming to office and get approval
It has been said in the internal memo of the company that disciplinary action can also be taken against those employees who are not taking 85 percent or more attendance seriously. The company has said that if any employee is not following the attendance rules then he will have to give reasons. Besides, for this, approval will also have to be taken from the office. At present the company has maintained silence on this action.
Will have to attend office for 45 hours every week
TCS has said that all those employees who are coming to office 4 days or more in a week will be given 100 percent performance bonus. Apart from this, employees with 75 to 85 percent attendance will get 75 percent performance bonus. Those with 60 percent to 75 percent attendance will be given 50 percent performance bonus. Along with this, the company has also made a rule to attend office for 45 hours every week or 9 hours per day.
