Why the deal with Bisleri stalled

In such a situation, the conversation is still stalled. Bisleri was in talks to sell stake to Tata, Bisleri chairman Ramesh Chauhan said in an interview in November.

Bisleri came in 1949. According to the website, Bisleri was bought from an Italian entrepreneur in 1969. He is keeping 60 percent of the business of Bisleri water business in India. The company also manufactures hand sanitizer. At the same time, the Tata group is in the water business with the Himalayan Natural Mineral Water and Tata Water Plus brands.
