In fact, in the last quarter, Jio's total data traffic was recorded at 40.9 exabytes, while the total data traffic of Chinese company China Mobile was recorded at 40 exabytes.

TAfficient, a company that monitors the data traffic of telecom companies around the world, has presented this information in its report. Apart from him, Mukesh Ambani had also revealed this report during his recent annual function.

For this reason, Reliance Jio has left the Chinese company behind and has become the number 1 company in the world in terms of data consumption. In this list, the name of another Chinese telecom company is also included at number three and the name of India's Airtel company comes at number four.

Reliance Jio has consumed 35.2% more data this year compared to last year. The main reason for such a big jump is the 5G service launched by Jio. Jio has started 5G service in thousands of cities in India. According to Jio's quarterly report, 10 crore 80 lakh customers have been connected with Jio True 5G. Till now, Jio is providing unlimited 5G service absolutely free with many recharge plans in thousands of cities of India, the effect of which is clearly visible. Jio's 28 percent share of total data traffic is coming only through 5G network users.

Mukesh Ambani, owner of Reliance Jio, a company with a subscriber base of 481.8 million i.e. more than 48 million, expressed happiness about the success of Jio and said, “RIL's business has helped in promoting development in different sectors of the Indian economy. I am happy to note that the company has achieved strong financial and operating performance in all sectors. Happy to share that this year, Reliance became the first Indian company to cross the threshold of ₹1,00,000 crore in pre-tax profit.
