LSG vs CSK: Lucknow Super Giants have defeated Chennai Super Kings in a one-sided fashion by 8 wickets. Playing first, CSK had scored 176 runs thanks to Ravindra Jadeja's half-century inning of 57 runs and in the end MS Dhoni's cameo inning of 28 runs. The LSG team, which set out to chase the target, maintained its dominance from the very beginning. Both the opening batsmen of Lucknow, KL Rahul and Quinton de Kock scored fifties. The bowlers of Chennai Super Kings could not maintain their hold on the match. Only Mustafizur Rahman and Mathisha Pathirana could take 1 wicket each for Chennai. According to the pitch, CSK had a low score to defend, so the bowlers needed to take wickets at regular intervals.
