Payal Ghosh is once again in the headlines. The controversial actress, who once accused filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of ‘me too’, recently shared a snapshot of the suicide note on social media. In the note, he has threatened to reveal the names of those who would be responsible for his death. However, as we can see in the picture, it seems to be an incomplete suicide note. His Instagram post went viral in no time and his followers were left wondering what exactly happened. Incidentally, Payal often takes to her social media handle to address mental health issues.

It was written in the note, ‘This is me, Payal Ghosh. If I die by suicide or heart attack, then the people who will be responsible for it will be them. While many followers were concerned about him, there were others who pulled him up for trying to get cheap popularity. However, many people advised him to seek medical advice and seek help if the condition worsened.

Payal Ghosh is in depression

Earlier, Payal Ghosh spoke about her personal battle with depression and how important it is to share while reacting to Tunisha Sharma’s suicide. Talking about a phase of her life which she would love to forget, she said, ‘Mental health is something that we often ignore and depression sneaks up on you very stealthily. I was fine till I suddenly got into a very serious mental state and tried to jump off my building if my brother had not saved my life.

He added, ‘It’s a very slippery slope and can get dangerous quickly. I feel mental health should be given more importance than it is because it takes away our career from us. I am thankful that I was lucky enough to be pulled out of the dark hole in time and am now on my way to putting that part of my life behind me. My family and close friends are the ones who helped me come out of this and I cannot thank them enough for that.

Anurag Kashyap was accused

Payal made headlines in 2020 after leveling sexual harassment allegations against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. However, Kashyap in response dismissed the allegations as baseless.
