During Mumbai's batting of the first innings, the last ball of the 15th over was given wide when the team got a signal from the dugout to take review. In the viral video of the entire incident, it can be seen that Arshdeep Singh tries to bowl a wide yorker to batsman Suryakumar Yadav and he also succeeds. The over was about to end with this ball when Tim David, sitting in the dugout of Mumbai, signaled for a quick review.
David's gesture is as if he would escape from the camera, but this could not happen. David indicates to take review twice quickly. Seeing David's gesture, Punjab Kings captain Sam Curran says something to the umpire but his words are not heard.
