The annual increment is being re-implemented. But some allowances are yet to be restored.

Earlier, the airlines had suffered losses in three consecutive quarters. In the same quarter of the last financial year, there was a profit of Rs 129 crore. This year, due to a spectacular jump in revenue from operation and increase in passenger load, the revenue has increased by 60 percent to Rs 14933 crore. This is considered to be the best result of Indigo till date.
