1. It is necessary to incorporate your business
To start any startup in India, it is necessary to complete the process of incorporation. This regulation process is necessary to be incorporated as a private limited company or a partnership firm. The application for incorporation of the company will be made to the Registrar of Companies firm. For this you have to pay paperwork and fees. After this your business will be incorporated.
2. Register in Startup India
After incorporation of the business, you have to register your business by visiting the website of Startup India. For this, click on its official website startupindia.gov.in. After this, here you have to choose the register option and create an account by filling all the details. After this, you register your company here.
3. Get DPIIT Accreditation
The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade helps your company in getting approvals and exemptions from various departments like environmental laws, tax exemptions etc. In such a situation, it is necessary to get recognition from DPIIT to start any startup. To get DPIIT recognition, you have to choose the ‘DPIIT Recognition for Startups’ option on Startup India’s website itself. After this, the option of ‘Schemes and Policies’ has to be selected here. After this, an application form will open here, which should be filled. After that submit the form.
4. Fill the recognition application form-
To register your startup, you have to fill and submit the recognition form. In this form you will have to fill office address, authorized representative details, partner/director details etc. After this, in the last you accept the Term and Condition. After this fill the form.
5. Wait for your Registration Certificate
After this all the details will be cross verified by you. After the completion of the verification process, you will get the registration certificate.
