Imran Nazir: Former Pakistan opener Imran Nazir has made a sensational disclosure. He says that when he was at the peak of his career, an attempt was made to kill him by poisoning him. Imran Nazir was the aggressive opening batsman of Pakistan in his time.

i was given slow poison

Speaking during the Nadir Ali podcast, Imran Nazir said, ‘Recently when I underwent MRI test, a statement was issued that I was given slow poison. It reaches your joints and damages them. All my joints were treated for 8-10 years. All my joints were damaged and due to this I suffered pain for about 6-7 years.

According to Imran Nazir, ‘I used to roam here and there. When people used to ask are you looking fine. Then I used to doubt many people. But I didn’t know when and what I ate. Because slow poison does not react immediately. It kills you for years. I didn’t wish bad for whoever did this. The one who wants to kill is better than the one who saves.

Afridi helped

During this, Imran Nazir said, ‘Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi supported me. He helped me financially in difficult circumstances. According to Nazir, ‘I spent my entire life’s earnings on treatment. Finally a final treatment happened. In which Shahid Afridi helped me a lot. He helped me in times of need. When I met Shahid Bhai, I was left with nothing. Money came in my doctor’s account within a day. He said, no matter how much money is needed, my brother should be cured. He spent about 40-50 lakh rupees on me. He told his manager, don’t ask about Imran. Keep sending him as much money as you want.
