Pour sugar syrup over the gram flour mixture and let it set. Once it is set, sprinkle cardamom and chopped dry fruits on it. Then these sweets are cut into pieces. Material
Ghee – 1 bowl
Milk – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Cardamom Powder – 4
Gram flour – 2 bowls
Dry fruits – 1 cup (chopped)
How to make Mohanthal
To make Mohanthal, first take 2 cups of gram flour in a big bowl.
– Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan.
Now fry the gram flour on low flame and turn off the flame. Then take it out in a bowl.
Now make a paste by mixing milk in gram flour.
Keep the dough for 20 minutes, so that it sets well.
Then add half cup water and 1 cup sugar in the pan. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
When the syrup is ready, add gram flour and cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon ghee. Then cook on low flame.
Now place this mixture in a tray and spread it evenly all around with the help of a spoon.
You can add almonds, cashews or raisins in it.
Your Mohanthal is ready which you can serve cold.
