Luxury Housing Project: The company making luxury homes is going to invest more than Rs 3,500 crore in the next four years in Gurugram. Under the new luxury housing project, DLF will build a total of 1,137 premium apartments in Gurugram. DLF will prepare the new housing project ‘The Arbour’ in the next four years.

DLF is the largest real estate firm in the country by market cap. It sold 1,137 units between February 15 and February 17 and each unit was sold for Rs 7 crore and above in three days. The company had earned 8000 thousand crore rupees from this project.

How much will be spent under the new project

In an interview given to PTI, DLF CEO Ashok Tyagi had said that an area of ​​4.5 lakh square feet would be developed under the new project. He said that the total cost for this would be Rs 7,000 to 8,000 per square. Luxury apartments will be built under this project.

What will be the size of the apartment

DLF will build 1,137 identical 4 BHK apartments in the new project. The size of all will be 3,950 square feet. The CEO of the company said that during the current financial year, DLF’s total sales bookings have been more than Rs 6,500 crore during April-December.

How much the company is expected to earn

Under this new project in Gurugram, the company is expecting sales of more than Rs 8,000 crore. He said that the total sales booking in 2022-23 should be close to Rs 15,000 crore. The company had booked sales of Rs 7,273 crore in the last financial year.
