Cardi B wears plunging gown to Met Gala afterparty with Offset

Cardi B swapped her enormous black tulle gown from the Met Gala 2024 red carpet for a red hot number at Richie Akiva’s 10th Annual “The After” Met Gala Afterparty at Silencio.

The “WAP” rapper opted for a red gown that featured a cone bra, corset-style top that flaunted her best assets. She removed her incredible emerald jewelry in favor of a show-stopping diamond necklace but kept her green nails from earlier in the night that she wore in honor of the big night’s theme, “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.”

Cardi’s second look featured a show-stopping long train that her maybe-estranged husband, Offset, helped her navigate. The Migos rapper, 32, chose a more casual look for the afterparty, wearing a floral-printed Miu Miu that he paired with ripped jeans.

Offset held Cardi’s hand as he led her inside the venue, once again sparking rumors that the pair have reconciled after the “I Like It” performer confirmed in December they had split.

The on-again, off-again couple also attended FWRD & Revolve Presents Cardi B’s Met Ball Afterparty at Casa Cipriani wearing the same looks.

Cardi, 31, kept close to the “Ghostface Killers” rapper at the Knicks game, looking cozier than ever since they parted ways in the late fall. Clutching her Himalayan Birkin bag, the Bronx-born rapper cozied up to Offset as he guided them to their court-side seats.

Unfortunately, Cardi arrived to the thrilling game with just three minutes left in the game because Cardi suffered a wardrobe malfunction in which her chest “bust out” of her top while en route to Madison Square Garden.

Sources told us the fashion mishap had Cardi scrambling back to her closet to get fixed up while Offset continued on to catch the big game from the beginning. We also heard the “Drip” rapper informed arena staffers that she wouldn’t make it to the priceless seat on time to prevent an upset over a no-show.

While rushing past basketball fans Cardi yelled a “wardrobe malfunction” caused her delay.
