Investment in Telangana: Adani Group has decided to invest Rs 12400 crore in Telangana. Four MoUs have also been signed between the Government of Telangana and Adani Group. These agreements were signed in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani during the ongoing World Economic Forum in Davos.
100 MW data center will be built with an investment of Rs 5000 crore.
According to the Telangana government, this investment will further increase the economic progress of the state. Also, better work can be done in the direction of green energy development in Telangana. Adani Enterprises Limited has agreed to build a 100 MW data center in the state with an investment of Rs 5000 crore. It will be illuminated with green energy. This data center will be ready in about 5 years. For this project, the help of micro and small industries and startups of the state will also be taken, which will join it as suppliers. This will provide employment to about 600 people.
Two pump storage projects and cement plant will also open.
Apart from this, Adani Green Energy Limited will also build two pumped storage projects in the state with an investment of approximately Rs 5000 crore. Of these, one 850 MW project will be opened at Koyabestagudam and the other 500 MW project will be opened at Nacharam. Along with this, Ambuja Cement will also open a plant of 6 MTPA capacity with an investment of Rs 1400 crore in 5 years. This unit will be spread over 70 acres. This will provide employment to about 4000 people.
Adani Group will also invest in drone and missile systems
Adani Defense Systems and Technologies has promised to invest about Rs 1000 crore in the state within 10 years. With this amount, research, development, design, manufacturing and integration of drone and missile systems will be done in Adani Aerospace Park. About 1000 people are expected to get employment through this project.
