IPO Plans For These 5 Companies Will Expire In February 2023 Inculding API Holdings IPO

IPO Update: Huge ups and downs are being seen in the stock market in 2023. In such a situation, companies are now shying away from bringing IPO. Companies were afraid that their IPO might be rejected by the investors, the IPO might not get a lukewarm response. This is the reason that despite getting approval from the stock market regulator SEBI, companies are putting the decision to bring IPO in cold storage.

In the last six months, even after getting approval from SEBI, 27 companies did not come up with IPOs due to poor market mood. The approval received by these companies from SEBI lapsed. Next month also, the time limit for bringing IPO for 5 companies will end. Let us tell you that within one year of getting approval from SEBI, the company has to launch IPO. If companies do not bring IPO in this period, then they have to file draft paper again with the regulator.

API Holdings is prominent among the companies for which the IPO deadline is about to end in February. The company had received approval from SEBI to bring the IPO on 17 February 2022. API Holdings had plans to raise Rs 6250 crore from the market through an IPO. The IPO of CMR Green Tech (CMR Green Tech IPO) was approved by SEBI from 16 February 2022. The plan of the company was to raise Rs 2000 crore from the market.

The IPO of Wellness Forever (Wellness Forever IPO) was approved by SEBI on 16 February 2022. The company’s plan was to raise Rs 1500 crore. But if the company does not bring the IPO till February 2023, then the draft paper will have to be filed again. Capital Small Finance Bank’s IPO (Capital Small Finance Bank IPO) was approved by SEBI on 8 February 2022. The company was in the process of raising Rs 1000 crore through IPO. But the deadline for bringing IPO is also going to end next month.

Jasons Industries was preparing to raise Rs 900 crore through IPO and the company got approval from SEBI to bring IPO on 8 February 2022. Now the deadline for bringing IPO for this will end in February.
