Don't let hunger take over.  Being on an empty stomach causes pregnancy hormones to become more active and their symptoms become visible.  Hunger tends to be higher during pregnancy, but that doesn't mean you need extra calories right now.  So keep healthy snacks like baked makhana, dry fruits, fruits in your options and instead of staying hungry for long or eating all at once, eat small meals every now and then.
