Mumbai Indians Celebration: The first title of WPL was registered in the name of Mumbai Indians. In the final match held on Sunday night (26 March), Mumbai Indians defeated Delhi Capitals by seven wickets with three balls to spare. After becoming the champion, the celebration of Mumbai players was worth watching. The players of Mumbai were seen dancing and having fun till late on the field.

In the final match, Mumbai Indians first limited the Delhi team to just 131 runs and then achieved the target losing just three wickets. As soon as batsman Nate Siver scored a victory four, the players of the Mumbai team ran towards the ground. During this, there was a lot of fireworks.

After the match, BCCI President Roger Binny and Secretary Jay Shah handed over the WPL trophy to Mumbai Indians captain Harmanpreet Kaur. Harmanpreet then lifted the trophy along with fellow players. All the players of Mumbai posed for photographs with the trophy in turn. The players were also seen dancing keeping the trophy beside them. During this, the players had a lot of fun with the team’s coach Jhulan Goswami.
