KL Rahul led Lucknow Super Giants defeated Chennai Super Kings by 6 wickets. Although Lucknow Super Giants had a huge target of 211 runs, but thanks to Marcus Stoinis, KL Rahul registered a thrilling win. Marcus Stoinis scored 124 runs not out in 63 balls. He hit 13 fours and 6 sixes in his stormy innings. Earlier, Chennai Super Kings had scored 210 runs for 4 wickets in 20 overs.

Apart from this, Shivam Dubey played a stormy inning of 66 runs in 27 balls. In response to which Lucknow Super Giants achieved the target for just 4 wickets in 19.3 overs. Marcus Stoinis was the hero of Lucknow Super Giants' victory. This batsman took KL Rahul's team to the threshold of victory with his brilliant century.
