UPSC Success Story IAS Garima Agrawal: If something is decided then no one can stop it. Today we will tell the story of one such IAS officer who worked hard to give wings to his dreams and also achieved his destination. We are talking about IAS officer Garima Aggarwal.

IAS officer Garima Aggarwal is mainly a resident of Khargone, Madhya Pradesh. His early education was from Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Khargone. She was sharp in studies right from the beginning. He had secured 92 percent marks in class 10th. Whereas in class 12th, Garima had brought glory to the family by scoring 89 percent marks. After completing her schooling, Garima took admission in IIT Hyderabad for further studies and completed her graduation from here. After this he completed his internship in Germany.

Got 40th rank in second attempt

After all this, Garima decided to appear for the IAS exam and she participated in the UPSC exam. Garima cracked this exam in her first attempt and also became an IPS officer. But Garima's dream was to become an IAS officer. Therefore he once again participated in the examination. After which she became an IAS officer. Garima gave her first attempt in 2017. In which he had secured 240th rank. After this he made a second attempt in 2018 and he got 40th rank and gave wings to his dreams. His elder sister is working in a good position in the Indian Postal Service.

Gave this advice to the candidates

IAS Garima Aggarwal advised the candidates preparing for UPSC that the questions asked in the preliminary examination are often asked in the main examination also, so be prepared for all the questions. Apart from this, he also advised the candidates to focus on writing speed and mock tests.
