Rohit Sharma gave the trophy to Akashdeep: When Team India was given the trophy after winning the Test series against Bangladesh 2-0, then captain Rohit Sharma did something which reminded me of MS Dhoni. BCCI Vice President Rajeev Shukla handed over the trophy to Indian captain Rohit Sharma. When Rohit reached the team, he handed over the trophy to fast bowler Akashdeep. This video of his is becoming very viral.
By giving the trophy to Akashdeep, Rohit not only appreciated his performance but also showed that Akashdeep is being seen as a future star. On one side, Akashdeep was expressing happiness by lifting the trophy with both hands, while Rohit went to the side and stood. Seeing Rohit, cricket lovers would be reminded of MS Dhoni because years ago it was Dhoni who used to do this. Talking about the 2011 World Cup or the many trophies won with CSK in the IPL, Dhoni has been celebrating the victory by standing on the sidelines and handing over the trophy to other players every time.
Talking about Akashdeep, he took a total of 5 wickets in 2 matches and also impressed everyone with his batting style. For this reason, Virat Kohli also gifted him his bat, with which he hit 2 sixes in the Kanpur Test.

India continued the historical trend
Bangladesh cricket team has not been able to defeat India in the test series till date. Leave aside the series, it has never won any test match against Team India. Since 2000, 9 series have been played between India and Bangladesh and every time India has defeated its neighboring country. India won the first match of the recently concluded series by 280 runs, whereas India won the second match held in Kanpur by 7 wickets.
