Upgrad Abroad, an arm of edtech player Upgrad, said on Monday that the company is planning to add 500 new members to expand its business in the next 3 months.

Fresh talent will be hired in Upgrade Abroad

Upgrade Abroad has said in a statement on Monday that the new recruiters will be included in different departments of the company. In this, they will be mainly accommodated in sub-departments like sales, marketing, technology and product. According to a report of Business Standard, under this hiring plan of the company, fresh talent will be hired mainly, for which new recruitment will be done from college campuses and universities, so that employment can also be promoted.

Ankur Dhawan, President of Upgrade Abroad told Business Standard that we have built a strong business model through which geographical barriers are being removed. This is not only in terms of our new talent but also the bank-end teams. Therefore, it is necessary for the company that we include such young employees so that international exposure will also increase and they will also be able to work according to global norms. Work is being done on this joint goal that India’s skilled talent can be taken forward in front of many global economies and the company can also benefit from it.

Deep Singla, CHRO, Upgrade Abroad, says the company is confident of turning profitable this year and is expected to achieve a revenue of Rs 500 crore in 2023-24. We expect to get strong business opportunity in many parts of the country and through this we are confident of cost reduction and also speed up operational projects.
