Team India: The Indian team was announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Friday (January 13) for different series. Test, ODI and T20 teams were involved in this. Star wicket-keeper batsman Sanju Samson was not selected in any of the three formats. In this, the BCCI announced the team for the ODI and T20 series against New Zealand and selected the team for the first two matches for the four-Test series to be played against Australia in February. Sanju Samson’s name remained missing from all the three teams.
Fans furious not seeing Sanju in the team
Seeing Sanju Samson not being a part of the Indian team, the anger of his fans was on the cloud. Fans trolled even BCCI for not selecting Sanju in the team. Fans gave their reactions through social media. Someone said that it is very difficult to be a fan of Sanju, then someone tried to know the reason why Sanju was not included in the team. This is how people expressed their anger.

No excuse for Sanju Samson by BCCI
Sanju fell again. It is very difficult to be a fan of Sanju Samson ππ . India can’t win the world cup until these cheater selectors are sacked..#JusticeForSanjuSamson #indvsnz #sanju samson @IamSanjuSamson @BCCI Shame on you pic.twitter.com/qgcHKyHyUhβ Vikas Jakhar (@Vikas_jakhar01) January 14, 2023
Can anyone tell why Sanju Samson has been left out of the Indian team for the T20I series against New Zealand?
Why is he the only one who always has to pay the price?#Sanju pic.twitter.com/TH8knjDqxZ

I don’t know why Sanju Samson is not in the ODI team against New Zealand. Sreekar was not in the Bharat scene and overall he has been selected ahead of Sanju Samson.
There should be consistency in selection. Samson should have been there. pic.twitter.com/UyvpM906K1

Sanju Samson was not selected in the Indian cricket team for the NZ series. Is he still injured or has the selectors overlooked him. pic.twitter.com/CMe0Akg4RQ

Why always Sanju Samson π₯Ίπ@BCCI Trying hard to destroy the career of a potential match winner.
Now the only option left for Sanju is to score 600+ runs in IPL as BCCI does not want business minded businessmen in their team. They want players to statpad at 125 strike rate. pic.twitter.com/a8Fhyred98– First. (@74thCenturyWhxn) January 13, 2023
Sanju was part of the T20 team against Sri Lanka
Sanju was made a part of the team in the T20 series played against Sri Lanka in the first week of January 2023. He was also made a part of the playing XI in the first match of the series. However, he was able to score only 5 runs in that match. After this, he was injured during fielding and he was out of the team for the next two matches.
Significantly, no update was given by BCCI regarding Sanju in any way. Is he still injured? Or is there some other reason for not selecting him, nothing has been done about it.
