Sachin Tendulkar to release the trailer of Muttiah Muralitharan’s biopic 800 on Tuesday

Muttiah Muralitharan biopic trailer: The trailer of the biopic film ‘800’ being made on the life of Sri Lankan team legend Muttiah Muralitharan will be released on 5 September. The teaser of this film has been released today, while the trailer will be launched by Sachin Tendulkar in Mumbai. Actor Madhur Mittal, who starred in the Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire, is playing his character in Muralitharan’s film.

Muttiah Muralitharan’s film 800 is both written and directed by MS Sripathy. This film will be released in 3 Indian languages, which includes Tamil and Telugu apart from Hindi. Information about the release date of Muralitharan’s film will be given on the occasion of the trailer launch. The teaser of the film, which has been released, depicts some important events related to Muraleedharan’s life.

For this film, the famous actor Vijay Sethupathi was supposed to play Muralitharan’s character, but later he withdrew his name due to protests. Muralitharan made Sachin Tendulkar his victim 13 times in his career. Whereas Murali played his last international match against India only. On the other hand, Muttiah Muralitharan married Madhimalar Ramamurthy, a resident of Chennai, in the year 2005.

In the year 1992, Muttiah Muralitharan stepped into international cricket for the first time. After this, Murali took 800 wickets in 133 Test matches at an average of 22.73. During this, Murali had achieved the feat of taking 5 wickets in an innings 67 times while taking 10 wickets in an innings 22 times. Apart from this, Muralitharan took 534 wickets in his name while playing 350 ODIs.
