NPCI on Wednesday introduced new payment options on UPI, including the service of making payments through voice mode Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das at the ‘Global Fintech Fest’ National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) Introduced new products.

One of the products from the Global Fintech Fest, ‘Helo UPI’ was introduced, which enables voice-based UPI payments in Hindi and English through apps, phone calls and IoT (Internet of Things) devices. It is believed that with making UPI more popular, this feature can prove to be a game changer. Hello UPI will soon be available in other regional languages ​​of the country. It is divided into segments under which BillPay Connect facility can be availed along with Conversational Payments on UPI.

NPCI said that Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled transactions can be completed for these Conversational Payments, which will enable the expansion of digital payments in the country more quickly and at more places.
