According to a report by Slash.com, research firm Jefferies has claimed that Netflix may increase the rates of its base and advertising plans in the fourth quarter or by December 2024 due to three reasons. Earlier, the company had increased the price of the base plan in 2022.

Jefferies has given information about the possible increase in the prices of Netflix plans. Jefferies said, “Netflix last increased the price on the base plan in January 2022. Its advertised plans remain the cheapest in the industry.” Jefferies further said, “For these reasons, it is likely that the price on the base plan may increase in the fourth quarter or December of this year.”

Basic plan may end
