When did the prices of Maggi noodles increase?

Nestle India, the local unit of the Swiss company, earlier used to sell Maggi in a pack of 100 grams for Rs 10, it had reduced the price of the same packet of Maggi to Rs 12 in December 2014 and in February last year i.e. 2022, it increased its rate to Rs 14. Were. The reason behind this was said to be that the prices of raw materials were continuously increasing.

Maggi packet worth Rs 10 will be in 40 gram packing

Now the new pack that is coming is being brought in 15 states of the country, which is being brought especially in rural markets and small towns. Its weight will be 40 grams. However, the Rs 10 pack of Maggi is still available in some markets of Punjab and Uttarakhand, where it can be availed mainly on highways and tourist places.

Maggi Masala Noodles are currently available in packets worth Rs 7 (32 grams) and Rs 14 (70 grams).

Nestle plans to reach the interiors of the country

Nestle’s efforts to expand into smaller packets and reach new markets is part of its business strategy. Nestle has said in its annual report that as part of the company’s plan to reach out to small villages and towns, it has increased resources and made the availability of products effective at the grassroots level. The company has included 55,000 villages along with 1800 distribution touch points in the year 2022.
