After consulting the concerned authorities, we will take a final decision on whether we will send our team to India for the World Cup or not.

Let us tell you that in October 2022 itself, ACC Chief and BCCI Secretary Jai Shah had announced that the Indian team will not tour Pakistan for the Asia Cup 2023. At the same time, he insisted on fitting the Asia Cup elsewhere. In response to this, the Pakistan Cricket Board said that if the hosting of the Asia Cup 2023 is snatched from them or if India does not tour Pakistan, then we too will not send the Pakistan team to the 2023 ODI World Cup to be held in India and will boycott it.
