Ganeshotsav has started in Mumbai from today and after Lalbaug Ka Raja, today devotees also got a big darshan of the famous GSB Ganesh in Mumbai.
A huge crowd of devotees had gathered at King Circle of Wadala on the arrival of this father of GSB Mandal. The devotees desired to have their beloved Ganraya.
Preparations of public Ganeshotsav mandals in Mumbai are now in the final stage. Devotees got their first glimpse of Ganraya of King Circle, known as the richest Ganpati in Mumbai, today.
Gaud Saraswat Brahmin (GSB) Ganpati Seva Mandal had taken insurance of Rs 360 crore 40 lakh last year.
The decision was taken from a security point of view, in view of the rush of devotees for darshan at the Ganesh mandal and the precious ornaments on the body of the idol.
Every year lakhs of devotees visit GSB Seva Mandal, King Circle to have darshan of Bappa. Taking proper precautions, the Mandal takes appropriate steps in view of the crowd of devotees, Bappa’s decoration and security.
This year is the 69th year of the board and it has been installed for 5 days. GSB Mahaganpati is known as the richest Ganpati.
