Microsoft has become the best company to work in India. The company also secured the first position in the year 2022. But in 2023 it slipped to number 5. In the list of people's favorite companies, Tata Consultancy Services is at number two and Amazon is at number three.

6084 companies and 1.73 lakh people were included in the survey

Randstad has claimed in the Employer Brand Research Report released on Wednesday that Microsoft, TCS and Amazon have become the best companies to work for among Indians in the year 2024. In this research, the company has taken the opinion of 3507 people. However, they did not tell how many companies were included in this survey. Globally, 1.73 lakh people were asked about their opinion about 6084 companies. Randstad said that questions like work life balance, career growth, reputation, financial health and job security were asked in the survey.

3 companies of Tata Group made it to the top 5

In the survey, Microsoft has scored the most points on issues like career advancement, reputation and financial health. TCS has also made a big leap this year and secured second place in the list. In the year 2023, it was at number four. However, Amazon has slipped from second place to third place this year. Three companies of Tata Group have been included in the top 5. However, Tata Power, which was at number one last year, has moved to fourth place this year. Apart from this, Tata Motors has been at number 5.

Jobs in the auto industry have become people's favorite

Another interesting thing that has come out from this year's survey is that now people are most eager to work in the auto industry. After this, people have chosen IT, communication, telecom and IT, FMCG, retail and e-commerce sectors. The report says that even today work life balance is the biggest priority for people working in any company. Also, 43% said that they can change jobs in 6 months.
