Lenny Hochstein and Katharina Mazepa cozied up in matching Halloween costumes less than two months after calling off their engagement.
The plastic surgeon posted a photo from his annual Halloween party of his ex-fiancée wrapping her arms around his neck, while he held her lower waist.
“Happy Halloween 2024,” he simply captioned the post Thursday, without expanding upon their current relationship status.
Hochstein, 58, and Mazepa, 29, dressed in “warrior” costumes for his 16th annual Hochstein Halloween Ball party over the weekend.
The former Bravolebrity wore green camouflage pants and black combat boots, but he opted to go shirtless to the event. He smeared green and black body paint all over his chest arms and face.
Mazepa matched the risqué outfit by sporting an army green two-piece bikini set with a thick black belt around her waist. She also painted her body but didn’t include her face.
The model posted a video of herself wearing the outfit and holding a prop gun doing various poses.
“Dressed up as the warrior that I am. ⚔️,” she captioned the video shared on Monday, while also clarifying that the prop gun was “nothing more than a Halloween costume.”
Hochstein showed his admiration for Mazepa by commenting, “Bringing the heat 🔥.”
Both Mazepa and Hochstein received several comments from fans wondering if they were back together, but they didn’t appear to reply to any of them. Hochstein and Mazepa also didn’t return Page Six’s request for comment.
The on-again, off-again couple posted together for the first time since Page Six broke the news that they split in September.
“We recently ended our engagement,” he told us on Sept. 4. “I have decided to move forward with my life.”
Hochstein added that he had “nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family” and is “proud of her growth as a woman.”
Meanwhile, Mazepa told us that the breakup was “amicable” and expressed her “gratitude” for the “beautiful two years we spent together.”
Hochstein and Mazepa got engaged in July 2023 after dating for one year.
Prior to Mazepa, he was married to “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein for 12 years before he filed for divorce in 2022. They share two children together: son Logan, 9, and daughter Elle, 5.
