Jennifer Lopez enjoys spa day before touring $27M Beverly Hills mansion amid Ben Affleck divorce

Jennifer Lopez has been indulging in some self care.

The “Atlas” actress treated herself to a spa day on Wednesday morning before she toured a $27 million home in Beverly Hills, Calif. — just a few blocks away from Rodeo Drive — amid her ongoing divorce from Ben Affleck.

She arrived for her skin care appointment at 11 a.m., left by 11:40 a.m. and managed to make it to the mansion just after noon. She then toured the pricey digs for only 35 minutes, per TMZ.

As we previously reported, the “On the Floor” singer has been on the hunt for a new home after she and Affleck put their $60 million marital mansion up for sale amid their separation.

The “Argo” star, who was living separately from his estranged wife for several months before she filed for divorce last month, has since bought a $20 million pad in the Pacific Palisades.

Lopez also stepped out to tour another $68 million mansion in Beverly Hills last month, according to TMZ. Though, she must not have been sold on the property considering she’s still evaluating other options.

Since Lopez and Affleck reportedly didn’t sign a prenup before they tied the knot in 2022, a source with insight into their ongoing divorce said it “has the potential to get ugly.”

The insider told People that “there are some sticking points over financials” as the couple prepares to enter mediation, which is being navigated by celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser.

Without the legal doc in place to protect both parties’ assets, that leaves any income or property accrued during their marriage as “community property” — meaning both spouses can be viewed as equal owners of property, income or debt regardless of who purchased or earned it

Since ending her fourth marriage, the singer has reportedly been feeling “relieved” to close this chapter of her life and is looking to “remake her image” with the advice of those around her.

“She is open to listening to new voices of those around her,” a source close to the singer told People.

Another source close to Lopez shared: “She needs advice from some new people to add a new layer and get some new suggestions” in her personal life.
