A condition was set for Kishan that to make a comeback in Team India, he would first have to prove himself on the field. But Kishan has kept distance from the field for two months. According to the report of Times of India, Ishan Kishan will now return to the field directly through IPL.
The report of Times of India has claimed that action can be taken against any Indian players who are giving priority to IPL instead of Test cricket. These players will be warned by BCCI. Not only this, if senior players do not play domestic cricket after returning from injury, then the doors of Team India may be closed for them too.

According to the report of Times of India, “All the players will get the message from BCCI in the next few days. If he is not a part of the national team then he will have to play in Ranji Trophy for the home team. Any player who is not fit will have to go to the National Cricket Academy and work on fitness.
On the matter of Kishan's return, coach Rahul Dravid had made it clear that he would first have to make himself available by playing any kind of cricket.
