In the match against Mumbai, Shubman Gill was given the title of Player of the Match for his excellent innings. Gill then said that it was important for me to keep playing ball to ball and assess the situation after each over. But in the over in which I hit 3 sixes. It made me realize that today is my day. This pitch was good for batting and I wanted to score maximum runs on it.

Gill is second in terms of hitting most sixes

The big change that was seen in the batting of Shubman Gill this season is that sixes have also been seen to be hit very easily from his bat. Last season, Gill was at number 42 in the list of players who hit the most sixes. But this season Gill is at number two. After 36 sixes of Faf du Plessis, Gill has now reached second place with 33 sixes.
