IND vs AUS 3rd Test: In the Test match being played between India and Australia in Indore, Team India got caught in its own trap. Like Nagpur and Delhi, the Indian team management got a spin track made in Indore as well, but here the Australian spinners dominated to such an extent that even before the completion of 50 runs, half the team returned to the India pavilion.

Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and elected to bat first at the Holkar Stadium in Indore. Australian captain Steve Smith initially handed the ball to fast bowlers Mitchell Starc and Cameron Green. Here the Indian batsmen started scoring runs against the fast bowlers. After this, as soon as Captain Smith handed over the ball to his spinners, the Indian team sat down on their knees.

After scoring 27 runs without losing any wicket, the Indian team lost 5 wickets in 18 runs. Australian spinners got these five wickets. Matthew Kuhneman and Nathan Lyon sent half the Indian team to the pavilion for a total of 45 runs.

Matthew Kuhneman, who made his Test debut in red-ball cricket from the Delhi Test, wreaked havoc in his second Test. Kuhneman got only two wickets in the debut test. But in his second Test, Kuhneman gave Team India 3 shocks in the first four overs itself. Kuhneman first caught captain Rohit Sharma (12) behind the wicket and then sent opener Shubman Gill (21) to the pavilion in his very next over.

After Kuhneman, Nathan Lion rained and did not give Cheteshwar Pujara (1) and Ravindra Jadeja (4) a chance to survive at all. In the 12th over of the match itself, Kuhneman bowled Shreyas Iyer (0) and gave the fifth blow to the Indian team. In this way, this spin pair took 5 wickets of Team India on a total of 45 runs.
