IND vs ENG Rehan Ahmed stopped at Rajkot airport for 3rd Test against India due to visa issue

Rehan Ahmed IND vs ENG: England cricket team's spinner Rehan Ahmed was stopped at Rajkot airport. He returned to India from Abu Dhabi. The England team went to Abu Dhabi after the second test. He has now come back for the third test. According to reports, there was a problem with Rehan Ahmed's visa. They have come to India with a wrong visa. Because of this he had to wait at the airport for more than 2 hours. The third match of the Test series will be played between India and England from 15 February.

In the series being played between India and England, there was a gap of several days between the second and third Test. For this reason the England players went to Abu Dhabi. Here he spent time with his family. After this the team came back to India. According to a news in India Today, Rehan came to India with a single entry visa. For this reason the airport was stopped. However, after this the England Cricket Board took immediate action and got the visa cleared. But meanwhile Rehan Ahmed had to wait at the airport for about 2 hours.

Earlier, Shoaib Bashir also had to face problems due to visa. Bashir had applied for the visa long ago. But he got the approval quite late. After Bashir, now Rehan has to face problems due to visa.

It is noteworthy that a five-match Test series is being played between India and England. Its first match was played in Hyderabad. England won it by 28 runs. Team India returned to the series by winning the second match. This match was held in Visakhapatnam. Now the third match will start from 15th February in Rajkot.
