India made record of declaring innings in IND vs BAN Test: The second test match is being played between India and Bangladesh in Kanpur. Today the fifth day of the second test match is going on. Before the end of the match, India has made many records in its name. That too only in the first innings. India has made a record which no other team has been able to make in the 21st century. That is the record of declaring a Test innings in the fewest number of overs.

In the second test match against Bangladesh being played in Kanpur, India showed amazing aggression in its first innings. After losing almost two days of play due to rain, India bowled out Bangladesh for 233 runs in its first innings on the fourth day. Considering the paucity of time, captain Rohit Sharma decided to adopt an aggressive strategy. His team executed this very well and launched a fierce attack on the Bangladesh bowlers, which was never seen before.

India scored 285 runs in just 34.4 overs in its first innings. After this the captain decided to declare the innings with a lead of 52 runs, even though there was more than a day left in the game. This was the first time in the 21st century that a team had declared its first innings in less than 35 overs and only the second time in the last 70 years that this had happened.

Due to which India completed 50 runs in just 3 overs and made the record of fastest 50 runs in test history. After this, India completed 100 runs in 10.1 overs and made a new record of fastest 100 runs in Test. India also made the record of fastest 150 runs in Test in 18.2 overs. Made a record of fastest 200 runs by completing 200 runs in 24.2 overs. By completing 250 runs in 30.1 overs, India was also successful in making the record of fastest 250 runs in Test.
