IIT Madras to Begin JAM 2024 Registration Today: Indian Institute of Technology, Madras will open the registration link for Joint Admission Test (JAM 2024) today i.e. 5th September 2023, Tuesday. Those candidates who want to apply for this exam can fill the form by visiting the official website after the link is open. Who is eligible to apply

Candidates who have completed their UG degree can apply for this exam. Last year students can also apply and foreign students having Indian degree are also eligible to apply. There is no age limit to give this paper.

what is the fee to be paid

To apply for IIT JAM exam 2024, candidates will have to pay the fee category wise. The fee for SC, ST and PWD category candidates is Rs 900. While the fee for all other categories of candidates is Rs 1800. This fee is for one paper. On the other hand, for two papers, the reserved will have to pay Rs 1250 and the candidates of all other categories will have to pay Rs 2500. You can choose any one or two papers.

Paper pattern will be something like this

JAM 2024 will be a computer based exam. There will be total three sections in it. One section will be of multiple choice questions, the second section will be of multiple select questions and the third section will be of numerical answer type questions. On the basis of its score, candidates get admission in many courses like MSc, MSc Technology, MSc-MTech dual degree etc.
