Tejashwi Rana did not take any coaching to clear the UPSC exam. She is a resident of Kurukshetra district of Haryana. Tejasvi Rana has done his studies till 12th from Kurukshetra only. After which he gave the JEE exam and got admission in IIT Kanpur. While studying engineering in IIT Kanpur, Tejashwi turned towards UPSC exam. He appeared in this exam for the first time in 2015. During this, he cleared the prelims but he was disappointed in the mains exam.
Preparation according to the time table
After failing in the first attempt, Tejashwi Rana did not give up and prepared hard to get success in the second attempt and got success in the examination. In his second attempt, Tejashwi secured 12th rank in UPSC exam. To prepare for the exam, he first cleared his basics. Tejashwi Rana tells that when she was studying in IIT Kanpur. Then IAS officers often used to attend programs in his college. During that time he was inspired by his speech and decision making ability and decided to prepare for UPSC. He made a time table for preparation and did his preparation accordingly.
