New Corona Guidelines: on one side of the country of H3N2 virus (H3N2 Influenza) infection once again on the other side no corona virus (Coronavirus) has raised its head. The number of patients of Kovid-19 is increasing day by day. In this background, the concern of health administration has also increased. The Union Health Ministry has issued a new guideline in view of the increasing threat of corona. In the new guidelines, the ministry has asked to consult a doctor if the cough persists for more than five days. Antibiotics should not be used if a bacterial infection ie viral flu is suspected.
Increasing risk of corona virus in the country
In the last 24 hours, more than one thousand corona patients have appeared in the country. In view of the ever-increasing number of Kovid patients, the Ministry of Health has issued a new guideline on Sunday (March 19) regarding the treatment of corona. It has been said in the new guidelines that if there is any other viral infection along with the corona, it should be taken care of. Do not take systemic and corticosteroids for mild disease. Instructions have been given to use masks, maintain safe social distancing, monitor body temperature and oxygen levels.
New guidelines issued regarding Corona
In the new guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, it has been said that if shortness of breath, fever and cough persists for more than 5 days, consult a doctor immediately. In case of patients with severe symptoms or high fever, Remdesivir drug can be taken for five days but should be taken as per the doctor’s advice.
Corona situation in the country
In the last few months, there was a considerable decrease in the number of corona patients in the country, but now again the number of covid patients has started increasing. There has been a huge increase in patients in the last few weeks. After 129 days, more than one thousand cases of corona have been reported in India in a single day. In the last 24 hours, 1071 new corona patients have been found in the country. At present there are 5,915 active patients of Corona in the country and their treatment is going on.

Earlier on Thursday, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare had written to the state governments of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka to follow the Covid testing, tracking, treatment and vaccination policy. Corona patients are increasing in these states, in such a situation the ministry has asked these states to remain alert.
