With the help of which you can make spicy and crunchy fries.

Fries can be made even without potatoes

French fries are always our first choice. Be it monsoon or time to eat anything with tea. Women make quick French fries at home, but sometimes too much oil is added to the French fries and the oil makes the potatoes mushy. At the same time, excess oil is also harmful for health, because from increasing weight to increasing cholesterol, oil is bad for our health. That's why many people avoid eating them, but now you don't need to do so because we are going to tell you about some ingredients that can be used in making fries.

Bread Fry

Material

Bread slices – 4 (chopped)
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
oil for frying
Mayonnaise – half cup
Tomato Sauce – 1 cup

Bread Fries Recipe

First of all, prepare the ingredients mentioned above. Then chop the bread pieces finely.

– Break the bread into pieces and add one spoon flour and mix. At this time heat oil on gas. When the oil is hot, add bread to it and fry it.

– After frying the bread from both sides, take it out in a bowl. Now add red chilli, salt, black pepper and remaining spices and mix.

After mixing, serve bread fries with mayonnaise and sauce. If you want, you can also use gram flour to enhance the taste in fries.

Material

Gram – 1 cup (Kabuli)
Garlic – 1 teaspoon
Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Masala black pepper – 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
oil for frying

Chana Fry Recipe

To make it quickly, soak 1 cup gram flour and wash it. You can soak gram overnight.

Now wash the gram thoroughly and boil it. After boiling, take it out in a bowl and mash it.

Add garlic, ginger, green chilli, chilli, black pepper, salt as per taste and oil and mix.

– After mixing, knead the dough with the help of olive oil. After kneading the dough, fry it. Cornflour flour can also be used while kneading the dough.

– To bake, heat a pan on gas. When it gets hot, add oil and fry. – After frying, take it out in a bowl and add salt, black pepper and green coriander and serve.

Material

Corn (maize) – 2
Ginger – 1 tsp (chopped)
Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – half teaspoon
Oil – 4 tbsp (cooked)
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Green Coriander – 1 tsp (chopped)

Corn Fries Recipe

To make corn fry, first take 2 corns. Cut it into 4 pieces with the help of a knife.

Then separate the corn kernels with the help of a tooth stick. It is best to cut the corn into sticks. This will make it easier for you to extract the grains.

Meanwhile, heat water in a pot and put the corn steaks in the water.

Boil it in water so that you can add spices and fry it well.

This time we prepare chilli garlic masala. For this, add 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, salt as per taste and chili flakes in a bowl.

Then add 4 spoons of hot oil and lemon juice and mix. Then dip the corn steak in this mixture and then take it out in a plate.

Add chopped coriander on top and serve hot. If you want, you can also serve it by adding Maggi masala on top.
