Special arrangements at the station

RNSingh, General Manager, Southern Railway, says that large digital screens displaying the arrival and departure of trains in Tamil, Hindi and English have been installed at all 3 entry points of the station. has been applied. The concourse area is covered with digital boards of 40-60 inches. Braille navigation maps and sign language videos have been provided at the main entrance of the station to assist the disabled.

Steps taken on practical basis

According to the Chennai Railway Division, the PA system will continue for suburban trains. However, this step has been taken on a practical basis. No audio will be played on this station even in commercials. Passenger information centers operated by railway staff will guide the passengers.
